A refreshing summer cocktail featuring our Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar. Leave out the vodka and enjoy a vibrant citrus ‘mocktail’!
- 1 C. fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 3/4 C. super fine sugar
- 4 C. water
- 1-2 T. The Olive Tap’s Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 C. vodka
Directions:
- Combine fresh lemon juice, sugar, and water in a large pitcher to mix. Add the Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar to taste. Stir in vodka, if using, and serve chilled or over ice.
